user_u34a34 Thanks for taking a moment to create a post on our Community Forums. My team can help submit a ticket to have the lockbox and lines removed from your home. I will mention that it may take a few days to create the work order and schedule local maintenance teams to have the work completed though. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Hello, I need help with the same issue - there are old comcast boxes and cable lines attached to the exterior of my home that needs proper removal. How can I schedule a team to come out and remove all the equipment?
