Remove old lines & arris box

We recently moved into a home that has an d arris box attached to the exterior of the home and power lines from previous services. I do not currently use xfinity services, how do I contact Somebody to get a technician sent out to remove the no longer needed arris box & power lines?

Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can get started on a resolution.
