Replacement $180 Virtual Prepaid Card

I received an email that Xfinity replaced my expired $180 prepaid MasterCard with a new virtual card and an activation code.  The message has no "click below" link to activate the card.

Greetings, @Lutefisker! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your virtual prepaid card. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

We may just need to have the confirmation email resent to you. Does your email have a toll-free number where you can call for assistance with the card, or does it just direct you to our standard support line?

It states: Questions?  Call [Edited: "Phone Number"]

Have you tried calling that number already?

I called [Edited: "Phone Number"] and first received a message about a Verizon community line.  When I tried again, I received notice of a non-working Bank of America number.  Does Xfinity owe me $180 or did I get scammed?

Did you also receive similar messages when you called the number ending in -8392?

Typo on my part.  I received wrong number replies to [Edited: "Phone Number"].  I just tried it again and received a rejection as an invalid Verizon conferencing number.

user_rfxbxr, If you have a gift card offer, it would be found here: xfinityincentivetracker.com. We typically don't automatically reissue a card, so this email doesn't sound accurate. The number listed by the OP above doesn't appear to be an Xfinity number. I would not follow up with that phone number directly.
