Replacement Xi-6 wireless box
I have the initial Xi-6 wireless box (Xi6-T; Model TX061AEI) when I first signed up for service several years ago and it is having significant problems. The wireless signal to it is good, I tried a new HDMI cord, and my main set top box is working fine, as is my internet and wifi service. I would like to replace it with a new box, and I know it is not available in stores. Can you please help me obtain a new box? Thank you.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
