the lines still down and nothing has been done and a tree company had to pick up line and nail to the pole to clean uptake down tree 

when are you people Arte going to get off your [Edited: Language] and do something about thighs down wire it has been 4 weeks

Line down in front of 9216 melrose home. Laying on the ground and the other half is still attached to the pole

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
