report drop cable issue
What a frustrating process to report a problem with your drop cable. Calling 1 800 Xfinity like you suggest it a waste of time. For your information, the service drop to [Edited: "Personal Information"] in Napa Ca has a broken integrated messenger cable. About 5' of it is missing. The main part of the cable seems to be intact but I did not closely look at it. Not my job.
P.S. LOL- Funny you have a tag for #Customer service, #terrible, #annoyed. You apparently tried to call into the computer and tried to get it to kick you to a person instead of constantly repeating worthless information.

Not my address. I'm not an idiot. If you you can recover than info before you edited it then great! If you didn't your policies are flawed for intelligent inaction. I'm done.
