Request for pausing Internet Connection for a month

I am going to be out of the country for one month. Can I pause my bill so that I don't have to pay during that timeframe? I only have internet, no TV, phone, etc.  Thanks!

user_2ecicz Hello, and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. A month-long trip out of the country sounds amazing and exciting! I can definitely understand wanting to pause your internet bill while you're away. It's always great to save a little when you can. Unfortunately, we don't have a specific option to put an internet-only account on hold for 30 days. I know that's probably not the answer you were hoping for, and I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. However, I'd still like to help you explore some options to potentially reduce your billing while you're traveling. We might be able to find a more cost-effective plan or explore other possibilities.

To take a closer look at your account and see what we can do, could you please send me a direct message with your full name and address? I'm here to help you find the best solution possible. We'll work together to find something that works for you!
