Request to Cancel Service – Moved Overseas
Hello Xfinity Support,
I would like to request the cancellation of my Xfinity service. I moved to South Korea on August 12 and no longer use the service at my previous residence:

Since I am now outside of the United States, it is very difficult for me to make a phone call. If further verification is required, could you please let me know if we can communicate through email or another method instead of a phone call?
Please confirm the cancellation of my service and let me know if any additional steps are required.
