Request to Cancel Xfinity Internet Service — No Retention Call

I am requesting cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service. I have already established internet service with another provider, so I am not interested in changing my plan, receiving promotional offers, or speaking with a retention representative.

I attempted to cancel through my online account and Xfinity Assistant, but both direct me to schedule a phone call. I would prefer to complete the cancellation entirely in writing.

Please have an Xfinity representative assist me with processing the cancellation and provide written confirmation of the effective cancellation date and any final balance or equipment-return requirements.

Thank you

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
