Requesting Repair Line

Am I able to request a repair technician team to fix the downed lines or do I need to wait the 14th which has already passed? 14th was when a team was suppose to come out, where’s the update text I’m suppose to receive if they aren’t coming ? I just need an update I already know the websites and assistant but those are vague.
