Rerouting Cable to my house

The cable serving my house crosses a public thoroughfare and has been ripped off my house by delivery trucks supplying goods to the Boys and Girls Club.  This has happened many times over the years and is quite irritating, leaving us without service.

I see a solution, however it has to be done by Xfinity.

Can you help me ?
