Return modem

I’ve been trying to return my modem for about 3 weeks off and on. I would say I’ve had 4-5 conversations via app support, all ending with different but similar messages- unable to help or do xyz that I mention isn’t working. The main reason why this is an issue is because I’m currently on a work assignment and unable to bring it in store, but have someone who can print and drop off it off at ups. I was told it was an option when changing plans, but for some reason it doesn’t come up when on the return page.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
