Reward redemption

Hello - I received and redeemed an xfinity reward for a subscription to perplexity Ai pro.  It was redeemed around Dec 31, 2024.  At the time of redemption, I read and took a screenshot of the disclaimer, which states:

"Code valid for eight (8) 12-month subscriptions to Perplexity Pro."

Please advise how I redeem the additional seven (7) 12-month subscriptions to perplexity pro - assuming the disclaimer is legally binding.

I can send a copy of the screenshot if needed.

Hi there, @user_kamgrn! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. I don't see any documentation for an answer on this, but off the top of my head, have you tried the code again, or checked the subscription information for the service?

I do not still have the code - there was no indication that it needed to be saved.

Can you please research and find an answer for my question?

The documentation you provided as the disclaimer does show the code would have had to been used by 8/28/25. I am happy to take a look and see if there is an email that can be sent back out to you, however there may not be since it has been so long and the code is now voided. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I did use the code prior to that date, which is good for (7) seven more 12 month subscriptions.  How can a single code be used each year for 7 years if the code is expired after the first year.  Can someone please look into this - it's plain as day - I don't understand how it can be twisted to mean something other than what it actually says - "Code valid for eight (8) 12-month subscriptions to Perplexity Pro." and was redeemed Dec 2024 - therefore I have met the terms of the agreement.  And the direct message is not working - get error and crashes.  Again, please provide instruction on how to get my 2nd 12 month subscription after my 1st year subscription expires in Dec 2025.

I was able to locate some information on the Perplexity site in terms of the reward. The code can be used up to 8 times not for (8) 12- month subscriptions. The unique code can be used 8 times. Please check out at the bottom on Perplexity

This is an offer that I received from Xfinity, and agreed to the Xfinity disclaimer that said QUOTE "Code valid for eight (8) 12-month subscriptions to Perplexity Pro." (That's a copy paste directly from the Xfinity disclaimer) A disclaimer is intended to be explicit and specific. Clicking I agree makes it a legally binding contact between both parties.  I would recommended Xfinity to proof read next time.

Again, I need instruction on how to get my 2nd 12 month subscription after my 1st 12 month subscription expires in Dec 2025 - per the disclaimer.

Please escalate so we can stop going back and forth and get this taken care of.

user_kamgrn I appreciate you sharing that information from the listed disclaimer, however it also mentioned that the code needed to be used by 08/28, which is a date that has already passed. There is also a listed email support option if you come into issues with redeeming the offer that you can contact which is 'support@perplexity.ai'. I would recommend reaching out to them as stated in the disclaimer.

Yep.  It does say that, and I used it Dec 2024 - and the wording of the disclaimer leads one to believe that "the code" (one code) is good for (8) eight 12 month subscriptions.

So please tell me how I'm misinterpreting this statement, & what exactly does it mean.

"Code valid for eight (8) 12-month subscriptions to Perplexity Pro.".

Escalate please.

user_kamgrn yes, we want you to get the assistance you are seeking with this. That is why we are recommending you take advantage of the same listed escalation process listed in the disclaimer you are referencing with the support email.
