Ridiculous

I recently moved and transferred my comcast service to the new address but had to have a technician come, twice. The one one was useless, the second guys finally set everything up and it worked perfectly for an entire week before suddenly stopping. My new address disappeared from the account. I contacted CS and they were able to get my account back up and told me to reset the modem but it did absolutely nothing, i tried a few times and eventually scheduled a technician for today. I was home the entire time and they claim that they came but they never did!! No one ever knocked on my door. So i had to reschedule again for next week, the next time i can be home. I've been here over a month and have had internet for a few days. This is ridiculous!!!!
