Ridiculous

This experience has been unbelievable… I have never in my life seen such horrendous service being blind transferred consistently. Someone doesn’t wanna work on a solution doesn’t know a solution and they don’t want to escalate it to someone that does so they just transfer you over and is ridiculous. Nobody knows what they’re doing and they waste so much of your time probably doing nothing why you think they’re taking all this time to do something and then they just transfer you or finally tell you they can’t do it. It’s the most ridiculous thing. I’m actually trying to give them money and just to do that is so hard right now and I’ve paid $400 a month for 12 years unbelievable… And half of the people I’ve spoken with I couldn’t understand what they were saying or there’s a loud echo
