Rotted pole blocking parking

Hi, I am an owner on Madison Street in Denver, CO 80206. We have a rotted pole that does not have electricity to it, just cable lines (mainly abandoned lines) in the middle of our parking area in the back. I have become mobility impaired and need to be able to park in our back area and this rotted pole is blocking my ability to do so. Please advise how I can get this removed.

Hi there, @user_at5d66 Thank you for your time today. For your account security can you please remove your address. Have you confirmed that the pole does belong to Xfinity along with the lines that are attached to the pole?-Richard

@XfinityRichard Yes, removed the specific address.  I have confirmed that it’s not the electricity companies pole. I don’t know how to confirm if it is or was a Comcast pole, but it has a number of abandoned cable lines on it and no electricity. This is my effort to determine how to have it removed.
