Router Issue

My xFi Gateway makes a lot of noise, is there a way to return equipment and receive a new one or a different type of router?

Hi there, @sadams710! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! There are definitely ways to get a gateway! The quickest way would be to visit an XFINITY Store. Locations and hours here: https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers You would just need to bring the old device and power cord with you to swap out. Another option is getting one shipped to you. Let me know if you want to go that route!

@XfinityFrank​ That sounds good to stop in a store. I just need to stop in with my current gateway and power chord and they'll give me a new one? Thank you for your help!

That is correct, @sadams710! You would just need to be able to authenticate yourself as the account holder like normal. Happy to help!
