Rude Customer Service.
Today, 02/26/2026, around 7-8am PT, I was hung up on by 2 Customer Service Agents. It started earlier when I was on Chat with 3 different Agents. My problem has to do with activating a Peacock Streaming account with my new plan, and having issues because of a previous streaming account with my previous plan. I tried what the first 3 agents told me to do with no success. With the third agent, I requested it be elevated. She said I would get a phone call within a few minutes, which I did. I yet again explained the problem to the woman on the phone, she said she would need to discuss it with her manager. All she did was throw my phone call onto the hold line which said it would be 20 minutes. This was not a mistake and intentional, as she never tried calling me back. She had her number. As I stayed on hold, I got back on chat. While on chat, my someone answered my call. I had difficulty understanding them and they said they were from the Phillipines. I requested that I be transferred to someone in the United States. They were rude and said some things and said I could call back and hung up on me. This is customer service. You should be able to research my account and see who took my calls.
