Run Around

I paid in full for a new iphone at the local xfinity store in Santa Cruz CA.  Fed Ex says they wont deliver the phone due to damaged packaging.  Xfinity says I can not get a refund until they receive the phone back from fedex.  Fedex says they can not send the phone back to xfinity because xfinity has not filed a claim.  I am stuck in the middle wasting hours on the phone with barely intelligible "customer service" people from both companies.  I have paid my money and did not get the phone.  xfnity should refund me immediately and work this out with their delivery company.
