Sagging Line

The line from the pole to our house has begun to sag drastically into the road after a neighbor cut down a tree that had been leaning on the wire. It's low enough that trucks can hit it when driving by but even after talking to a supervisor on customer support phone line, they won't send someone out to deal with it for a few days. How can I get someone out here sooner to fix this imminent issue?
