San Bruno cable yahoo mail

How do I get to an agent on chat?  None of the options are helping and chat does not understand what "I want a live agent" means

San Bruno Cable was sold to Comcast and they want me to set up Yahoo Mail.  yahoo mail has the wrong phone number to verify me.
