schedule underground cable move
Can I please get someone to actually help me schedule time to move my underground cable? I see all these chats asking the same thing and getting the stock message below, but there is NO "Direct Messaging" icon. [Edited: "Language"]? Help please!
Please send us a direct message with your name, address, phone number and best contact email please. From there we can work on setting up the request.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

Be advised that sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines. It may get ignored.
Please see this post about direct messaging the support team;

Hello, user_09pbv1! Thank you for reaching out! Xfinity does have a process to relocate, remove, or convert an Xfinity aerial cable line however, Xfinity doesn't move underground lines, it only repairs or replaces them if needed.
