Scheduling internet service at home.

Made an appointment from 9am to 11am. No technician showed up. Waited and called but got to the automated services, chat bots, and live chat agents. Then got no where. In the end waited over 6hrs for terrible unreasonable service. No help, reliability, or actual service. Frustrating, disappointing, displeased with the end outcome. Next time make several appointment for when they absolutely don't show up. Expect to wait over 6hrs a day when you make an appointment before any supposedly conformation. Super bad 👎
