SCRA help

I’ve called in the past to cancel my Xfinity bill due to an overseas military move. The phone representative said they cancelled my service, but I still get a bill every month for internet I don’t use. Is there an email or another contact method I can use to invoke my SCRA rights? Any help is appreciated!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
