Screen tearing on ESPN channel

I continually have problems with ESPN channels screen tearing. This only happens on the TV that has a cable box which I have replaced. No help from the Xfinity assistant. It seems useless to talk to that AI assistant. Need someone to admit there’s an issue I’m not the only one having this issue with ESPN and needed it fixed one of the most popular channels that continues to be interrupted by screen tearing with the picture. Other TVs in the house worked fine on the channel. Only the issue is with my main living room where I haven’t brand new cable box still giving me the issue

user_f3jemz  Appreciate you reaching out! Can you try to run a system refresh? There are two ways to do that, I included those two ways here below:

Using Your X1 Voice Remote:
1) Speak: Say "System Refresh" into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
2) Navigate: Press the Xfinity button, go to Help, find the System Refresh tile, and press OK.
Confirm: Select Refresh Now to start.
