I have spent over 1.5 hours phone time with 3 Comcast “advisors” & I’ve received 8 emails from them for my seasonal hold setup. All have the wrong starting date. How do I get the correct date? I can’t open their online Seasonal Convenience website. [Edited: Personal Information]
When attempting to go to the Xfinity Seasonal Enrollment Site what sort of errors are you receiving? Have we tried alternate browsers, or browsing in Private/Incognito modes?
