Seasonal hold

When I attempt to put system on seasonal hold starting 10/29/2024 and ending 03/29/2025, I receive a notice that my system is ineligible for seasonal hold. Is this correct?

Hello user_w18een! Thanks so much for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the seasonal plan! I love this option for our customers that need to or enjoy to travel and will be away for some time! The seasonal plan is available in most areas and depending on your region can run for up to 270 days (180 days in the Northeast)
There are some eligibility requirements like your account has to be current with no past due balance, you need to be a customer for over 30 days, and you are unable to use the seasonal plan more that twice in the past 12 months. Do any of those limitations apply to you?
