This link takes you to https://comcastseasonal.com/Home/ and it is not working. Please fix the seasonal hold endpoint, Xfinity.

@user_hn8q56 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. The webpage is opening for me using a Chrome browser. Can you share what browser you are using to try to open that webpage? Have you tried it in incognito mode as well?

I used seasonal hold in April but we are still being charged the same amount .

Hi user_sbjlla! We appreciate you reaching out on our Xfinity Forum regarding this Seasonal Convenience Plan concern. Please know my team is always here to support you. Just to clarify, customers will receive a confirmation when they put their account on a Seasonal Convenience Plan. After submitting your enrollment, you would have seen a confirmation screen and would have also received a confirmation email shortly after, which includes your name, account number, service dates, and address. That email also indicates that the request may take up to 24 hours to process.

 

To confirm, did you receive that confirmation on your end after enrolling?
