Second straight technician appointment no-show
I had an appointment to replace the line drop from the pole to the house on Wednesday Nov13. Ticket 8764501. Window was 8am-8pm! Technician did not show up or text. I called customer service and rescheduled for today (Saturday Nov 16). I chatted with customer service an hour ago and he promised a Comcast crew would show up today. He also tried to sell me two iPhones. It will be dark in 30 minutes and still no technician or text. Is this what passes for customer service these days?
