Send technician
I had to screw hook back into side of my house from where storm wind affected it. I would like a technician to come to my house. Got a text at 11:12 last night that services was restored and it was not restored. My wife is in nursing school and needs internet. I live in a very rural area and my wife and myself rely on WiFi to receive phone calls and have phone service at our home as well. This is getting ridiculous from Xfinity.
