Serious bad service

I want to speak to a [Edited: Language] human being.

I’m tired of calling and getting people who can’t understand me and I can’t understand them.

I asked to speak to the supervisor I tell him it’s about my account and my services. They just give me the runaround.

It’s now gone from me being super annoyed to me laughing at how ridiculously bad this is.

This is why you are losing customers left and right not only can people not talk to live people, but your computer system when it ask you for your account info or your phone number and you give it to him then it asked you for it again you gave it to him and ask you for it again you give it to him. It’s a joke..

so I would like a supervisor to contact me regarding my account I don’t know how you’re gonna do that since you don’t know who I am, but I’m at that point where I’m sick and tired of this nonsense. I don’t wanna speak to anybody in a forum, I don’t wanna text. I don’t want to speak to AI. I want somebody who has blood running through their veins that has knowledge and I would prefer them to be in the United States

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
