Seriously, what [Edited] is going on
I'm canceling my service. The cute little chatbot said to schedule a callback. Clicked. 3 days. I will get a call back in 3 days!!! What ?!?!?!?!?!? this is completely and utterly unacceptable. It's like they do this on purpose to make people hate Xfinity even more. So, I tried to chat with an agent....52nd in line.
I don't know what [Edited: "Profanity"] is going on, but if there are this many people needing to call, you have serious problems. Canceling service should be something that is practically automated. Stupid, absolutely [Edited: "Profanity"] stupid.
