Service call
I was contacted by xfinity saying they need to work on my internet. My internet is working fine. They said they wouldnt need to come inside my house and that I wouldn't need to be there. (I wont be home). Now I'm getting messages that I need to be there. I've tried to contact a human for an hour with no luck.

user_p3dd6e Very sorry for any confusion. Service calls would always require someone over the age of 18 to be present for the entire visit. The tech would be troubleshooting the exterior connection points, and comparing that the signal levels are calibrated at each junction leading up to the coax output to your modem in the home.
