service cancelation

cancel my service.

there is no line i can call to do this, im not going to wait around 2 and a half days to get a call to do this.

make an option on the website this is ridiculous and malicious that there is no easy way to cancel. it shouldn't be a process it should be a couple of clicks. i will never return. too many [Edited: "Language"] problems with this service from random nonsense fees to absurd hoops to jump through to get anywhere with any issue whatsoever. hire more humans, i dont want to talk to a robot nobody does. the robots cant even hear the difference between yes and no. this [Edited: "Language"] is so pathetic, i HATE dealing with this company with every ounce of me.

make your website run smoother while youre at it considering your an ISP for god sake.
