Service Cancellation
I am extremely upset with using xfinity. I called months ago with the problem of wifi not working. They had me pay to upgrade to a quicker speed which did not help the problem at all. I tried to cancel and it is making me schedule a call weeks out from now. I am now being charged with another month of usage when I don't even have the equipment anymore since I mailed it back. I have tried to cancel multiple different times online since I do not have a store near me where I moved. This is ridiculous.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
