service code for Netflix?

someone hacked my Netflix account and  changed my password. Since Xfinity pays for it, they're asking me for a 6-digit service code for it. where can I find this?

@user_ijyzcv Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you gain access to your Netflix account and I'm sorry to hear someone changed the password without your knowledge. You should receive the 6-digit code through the Email or phone number that's associated with your Netflix account and then you'll have the option to change the password so you can sign in.

This exact same issue has happened to me on 10-25-24.  Someone logged into my Netflix account from Lebanon, Beirut and changed the email and password on my account that is linked through Xfinity and even upgraded my Netflix plan to Premium so now my cable bill is being charged for the new charge.  I tried chatting with Netflix online and they too were asking me for the 6 digit code but I didn't get a code in my email or phone which makes me think the hacker got the code and not me.  I am very concerned and just want the hacker's account off of my TV and my Netflix account restored.  It looks like Netflix sent me an email on Friday, October 25th to say my email was changed and then I also got an email from Comcast saying they are confirming the updated charge for Netflix premium which I did not authorize.  I unfortunately did not see these emails until now after I clicked on my remote for Netflix and it pulls up and it is not my profiles or my email on my TV.  Can you advise what the next steps would be?
