Service Disconnected - No Balance Due
Thought I had a service outage, logged into the xfinity app and it says my account is no longer active? [Edited: "Language"]. Says I have a past due balance of $0.00. I have only had service for like two weeks. What in the world is going on? And of course I can't get anywhere in chat or on the phone. The menus are infuriating. How am I supposed to get my service turned back on?
