Service Down for 24 hours, terrible customer service

Hello, we had a car hit a pole in front of our house yesterday and knock out power and they fixed it in a few hours. Cable/internet got knocked out too, but every time I call to tell Xfinity where the accident was, I am told because service is out, they can't talk to me on the phone or chat. The outage map is in the wrong place, and no tucks have been on our street. Very frustrating I can't talk to a person to tell them where to fix the issue, I'm sure the whole street is out. Why does a service outage mean I can't talk to anyone? Ridiculous.
