Hello there, I know I'd be wondering that same thing too, user_l891in. Thank you for reaching out! Have you had a chance to check the Xfinity App for an update on your account status? When an interruption is reported the app is a quick and easy way to check, and if nothing is reported you can even use the app to troubleshoot. When known, an estimated time of resolution will be provided via the app as well. Note, the times shown are estates and may change.
