Service Interruptions

I just moved into a new property about 1.5 months ago. Since moving to this new property, my service has been interrupted (intentionally) by Xfinity at least 5 different days. The interruptions are always labeled as "doing work in your area to enhance the network in your area".

My question is what phone number can i call to submit a complaint? I work from home and the frequency or these interruptions is absurd and there is little to no context as to why this is occurring so frequently, when it will stop occurring, etc.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the services to your new location.

Most of our routine maintenance is done overnight to impact the least amount of users possible. However, there are times that work can extend into daytime hours, or work that needs to be done during the day.

We do have text alerts that you can use to quickly find information when you need it, including checking for service interruptions. Before you can get text alerts, you must register your mobile number through here

Once you've registered, you can use text commands anytime to instantly get information about your account. Text the following command to 266278 (COMCST): OUT: Check for service outages.
