Service outage for 16 days. Offered a 27 dollar bill credit
I have been on the phone with customer service for the last two days trying to get this issue resolved with no avail. My service had been out for a total of 16 days due to issues on Comcasts end they admitted during a call. It has seemingly been resolved with restored albeit spotty service at the service address. I called to make sure I was not getting billed for the days I had no service and the max they offered me was a credit of 27 dollars which is unacceptable. I have submitted multiple credit escalation tickets and they get closed with no resolution. How do I get my issue escalated to someone that can help.

Hello and Happy Friday, just to be clear your credit is based on your daily cost of service. Send me your name and address to your account in a Direct message, and I will be happy to look over your billing.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
