Service outage poor customer service
I’ve been in a non stop loop of bad AI chat bots with this company. Serve is out in my area all day and the expected outage keeps being extended and now they’ve stopped putting a time out on it. When I inquired initially to find out what was happening I just got no substantial answer on the problem or when it would be resolved. Finally after posting a message on the forum I got connected to someone from chat who responded to my questions between 1o minute intervals to tell me it would be fixed in an hour. I’m done with Xfinity. Truly insane that they think telling you fake times that it will be fixed by and not allowing you to contact customer service through the app is the logical option here. Insanity
