Service outage

There is a continuous amount of service outages in my area due to XFINITY. If I am paying for a service every month I expect consistent service. I have only requested one service credit this year and apparently I have a limit now? “

Hello @user_wb6hkb I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service. We understand the importance of staying connected and having reliable service at all times! When you experience an interruption are you signing up on the Xfinity app to receive updates?

My question wasn’t answered was it? I asked do I have “Outage Credit Limits” because when I attempt to get one the day after the outage (mind you I know how to request one considering I had to do it 3 times last year). Yes I get service updates but that’s doesn’t answer my question. What are the ways I can get an outage credit and why does my have a limit ?

@user_wb6hkb Sure thing, reason I ask is there are a few eligibility requirements. Some outages, like power outages and those caused by bad weather, don’t qualify for credit.

As for the amount to be exact, you must not have had an outage credit for more than $100 in the last 60 days.
