Service request
I’m reaching out regarding our internet service. We upgraded to what we understood was the fastest plan, but we’ve consistently experienced slow speeds, frequent outages, and no noticeable improvement in performance since the upgrade.
Given these ongoing issues, we’d appreciate it if you could review our account and consider offering a discounted rate or service credit (such as a free month), as we don’t feel we’re receiving the level of service we’re paying for.
If this can’t be resolved, we’ll unfortunately need to start looking into other providers who can offer more reliable service at a fair rate.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
