Service Technician
I had a service technician repair the outside internet line. It was severed. Before elmaking an appointment, I had to pay $99.99 for the technician to come out. I paid a company by the name of Fibernerex. This was 10/20/2025. One 10/27/2025, there is another $20.00 charge. I am trying to get an answer for the 20.00 charge from Xfinity. Hello @user_xbl48x, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Whenever there’s a charge for an Xfinity technician visit, the $100 charge is applied to your bill. We’d be happy to review your bill and help identify what the charges are for.
