Service too unreliable to depend on
Not so much as a question as a complaint, since it's impossible to get a real person on the phone (by design)
Just settling in to work at 8:30 and BAM no internet. No warning no nothing just cut off cold. Look up the outage map and see "were making enhancements to your area" and service will be back on at 6:00pm!! [Edited: "Language"] am I supposed to do all day? This happens way too often and you charge way too much for 3rd world service. You need to confine this stuff to after hours and/or give notice. The city wont turn off the water without giving notice and for those of us who depend on internet to work this is no different. I really want to get rid of this copany and am actively looking at alternatives (ATT)

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
