Serviceability Request for Apartment Building

Hi, I recently moved into an apartment building that is not currently wired for Xfinity service. I work for Comcast, and as part of my employee benefits, I would like to have Xfinity service at my apartment if it is possible to bring service to the building.

I spoke to my landlord/property owner, and he is willing to work with Comcast if there is a possibility of bringing Xfinity service to the building.

I am looking to explore the option to open up a serviceability review/request to determine whether Xfinity can extend service to the building and what would be required to do so? I'd also like to know whether there would be any construction costs or other fees involved.

I can provide full address and apartment number, as well as my landlords contact info if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello @user_qy1pss Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to check the address to see if it is possible to service it or not. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the full apartment address and we will take a look.
