Set up internet without internet or cell at location
I have no idea how I’m supposed to activate my new modem and router without Internet or cell service at my location. The app doesn’t work without Internet, but I don’t have Internet. That’s why I pay for Xfinity. And yet when I try to call, I get a bot that talks over me, does not respond to my questions, and cannot help me with my specific

We can help activate the services. Without a mobile device with the Xfinity app, an agent would need to handle the activation. No worries though, it is any easy process.
