Severely upset

I need to know who I can talk to or where to go to file a complaint against Xfinity. I was a brand new customer to Xfinity and it has been nothing but an epic [Edited: "Language"] show from start to finish. First…my 847 credit score wasn’t good enough to open an account. Then employees added all these emails to the account that I never opened and added services and devices to these said accounts and I could not get any help figuring this out because…newsflash…I HAD NO INFO ON EMAIL ACCOUNTS I DID NOT SET UP! During the past 60 days, I have spent over 40 hours on the phone trying to untangle this disaster, my bill is more than double than what I was promised, was told warehouse did not receive our trades even though I had receipts, and then woke up today to one of our trades sent back to us and sitting on our doorstep with no explanation. I called, received the run around, and told patently false information. Told the find my IPhone was not turned off. Yes. It is. Stated phone was damaged. No. It’s working. Then I was told it was the wrong color but the IMEI was correct as submitted. How is that my fault when your store employees processed this? I’m not a magician. I can’t change a purple phone to white. Is the next excuse going to be it smells funny? I am now told I am outside the window and there are not trade in values being accepted. AGAIN…HOW is this my fault since you’ve been sitting on these for THREE WEEKS?! I am beyond frustrated and am actually crying at this point. It should NOT be this hard to set up a new account! And the clincher? Having a male representative tell me to relax and smile more after not wanting to talk to me without my husband present. A husband who was not involved in setting up this account in anyway. Is this REALLY how this company does service?! I left my last carrier of 20 years for this [Edited: "Language"] because I was made all sorts of promises. I work nights and the minimal day hours have have been spent dealing with this. I’ve asked REPEATEDLY for a manager or help and been denied. I’ve been promised calls back that never happen. SERIOUSLY?! What do I need to do at this point?! Seek legal help? File complaints with BBB? This is absolutely unbelievable.
