Share status of my order #3726420295117072113,

Subject: URGENT: Order Paid in Store but Not Processed – Order #3726420295117072113
I am contacting you regarding a Samsung phone order placed yesterday (Order Number: 3726420295117072113).
I paid for this order directly at an Xfinity retail store yesterday. The store agent explicitly promised me that the phone would be processed and shipped out last night. However, my order status is stuck on "Order Received," and it has not been processed.
I have financial proof of payment from the store, but I have received zero tracking updates. Furthermore, your automated chat assistant has repeatedly failed to connect me to a human representative.
Please route this message immediately to a live tier-2 agent or a supervisor who can access Xfinity Mobile's billing and shipping backend. I need a live person to manually review this order number, confirm my payment, and provide the exact tracking information or shipping status immediately.
